EXPENSE MANAGEMENT
Full Service Expense Management
Delta Mobility’s full-service expense management includes all functions provided through expense audit and compliance outlined above. Following the audit, Delta Mobility directly reimburses the employee or vendor for relocation-related expenses and bills this back to the company.
Financial and Management Reporting
Delta Mobility provides standard customized reports for appropriate monthly, ad hoc, and year-end tax reporting, and assists with internal expense tracking.
Tax Services
At no additional cost, Delta Mobility assists your transferees in preparing their quarterly and year-end tax paperwork. To assist with the preparation of his/her income tax return, each transferee will receive a year-end packet that includes Delta Mobility’s Standard Relocation Tax Report, IRS Form 3903 and a Relocation Tax Guide.
RELOCATION ALLOWANCE MANAGEMENT
The Relocation Allowance Management Program gives the employee a specific amount of funds to spend along with the benefit of the support services offered by Delta Mobility. The employee has the flexibility of working with Delta Mobility’s top relocation service partners or coordinating their own moving services. If the employee chooses to work with Delta Mobility’s partners, there is a direct bill option available up to the approved amount, that alleviates the out-of-pocket burden on the employee.
Delta Mobility audits all receipts the employee provides and process the employee’s reimbursement or provide the required documentation to the company’s appropriate department for processing. Everything is tracked and managed in one location, allowing us to alleviate service failures, unexpected expenses and changed to the relocation plan. We ensure the allotted relocation allowance is managed properly and accurately on each employee relocation.
